Just in time for the Holidays! Try your hand at making beautiful hand molded cookies using heritage and ancient grains and sampling some as you go. These delightful anise and citrus cookies date back to the 1600’s and are traditionally baked in Bavaria, Switzerland, and the Alsace region of France for religious holidays and special occasions. The flavor of these cookies actually improve with age making them wonderful for gifting. What better way is there to wow your friends and family then with something homemade. Or, enjoy them in the comfort of your own home with a hot cup of tea.

This is a take and bake class, as the cookies need to dry overnight to fully set before baking.
