OUR STORYReviews for White Sonora Berries
Makes delicious bread
I grind this on the finest setting with my Mockmill 100 and use it in the “40% whole wheat overnight” recipe in the cookbook “Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast.” The resulting loaves have a wonderful texture and crumb and a rich but mild flavor.
White Sonora wheat berries
Very nice product. We sprouted the berries and put them in a sourdough loaf. Great aroma and flavor. This bread goes into our rotation of offerings. Happy to add it in.
