12/3 Class: Whole Grains-A Celebration of Heritage and Flavor

A fresh and creative perspective on the latest major cooking trend: ancient and heritage grains. Get inspired to introduce nutritious and delicious grains to the table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Discover simple techniques to bring out the unique texture and outstanding taste of grains like Farro, White Sonora Wheat, Tibetan Purple Barley, Freekeh and Oats. You will experience a range of recipes, from salads and sides to risotto and soups.

+ Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours
