Making pasta from scratch is fun - and it's easier than you think! For a taste that is above and beyond even the "fresh" pasta you can buy in the grocery store, learn to make fresh pasta using heritage and ancient grains. With a few simple tricks up your sleeve, turn an ordinary meal into something spectacular. Add some drama to your dinner - make fresh pasta in front of your family and friends for a fun start to a memorable meal. Make a huge batch and freeze to have on hand when you need a good home-cooked meal in a pinch. Learn how in our workshop, and take home some fresh flour to stock your pantry.
