Join our guest instructor Dani Kump to learn how to make one of America's favorite meals! Achieve signature blistered crust and tender crumb in a wood fired oven. Included are techniques for achieving maximum flavor from just water, flour, salt and yeast; how to shape and stretch the dough; how to setup the oven and how to transfer the pizza to and from the oven. We'll top our pizzas with the best ingredients for a classic Italian pizza experience.
